Biography

Classes: Barre, Pilates, Yoga

Bryn’s passion for fitness started when she was very young and would watch her mom take aerobics classes at a studio near Philadelphia and began participating at age 14. In college, Bryn began teaching fitness classes on campus and was certified through AFAA. She then became interested in mind/body exercise and continued credits in Pilates and Yoga. During her 3rd pregnancy, she was searching for a workout that would keep her from gaining unnecessary weight and stumbled upon Barre workouts. Seeing how amazing Barre classes were, Bryn completed the Bender Barre certification in Feb 2013.
