Snatch (EMOM @ 70-80%)

Rx:

Take 8 Minutes and find a solid Full Squat Snatch at 70-80% of your 1RM.

Then, set a 12 Min Clock.

Every :30 perform 1 Full Snatch at that weight.

Fitness:

Practice Snatch and OHS for 20 Minutes.
