Power Hour


Power Hour- A versatile, butt kicking workout. May be available in 30/45/60 minute class formats this class is a strength/cardio interval class. Members will use various pieces of equipment and a variety of different exercises designed by the instructor to maximize the allotted time. Average calorie burn: 700cals/hour

Barbell Burn


Participants utilize the barbell and focus on lower weights and higher reps for maximum muscle building/toning. Because participants can change their weight selection based on needs/goals and can take breaks when needed, this is a great workout for all levels and progress with any fitness level. Class available in 60 minute format. Average Calorie Burn: 400-600cals/hour with a bonus of an additional 10% more calories continuing to be burned after the class!



The workout you know and love from home DVDs has come to life at the gym. With a more personalized approach and an instructor to guide and push you through, we are taking this already amazing workout to the next level. Participants work out in 3-5minute blocks and take breaks only long enough to bounce back in, keeping your body working at max capacity the entire time for Max Interval Training. This style of training is proven to get results fast and keep you pushing your limits. Average calorie burn: 1000cals/hour!! 30 minute class formats.



Participants 55+yo move through a variety of exercises to help strengthen and tone muscles as well as perform various low impact cardiovascular exercises to help build endurance. This is a super fun, low impact class for those not looking to be intimidated by those higher intensity workouts but still want to stay fit and sweat! This class goes beyond the benefits of calories burned and muscles gained with proven results. Participants have proven to gain range of motion in troubled joints, have drastically improved endurance for normal daily activities as well an increased sense of balance and strength. Class available in 60minute format.



Participants use indoor stationary bikes and ride various terrains to fun, motivating music. An intense but low impact 50minute ride that will have you sweating like crazy and getting a powerful calorie burn without putting extra stress on your joints. Participants ride across a variety of terrain including hills, intervals, and 5K 10K and 22K races. Because participants can change gears and pace based on needs/goals, this is a great workout for all levels and progresses with any fitness level. Class available in 50minute format. Body I SH red I acronym (S.H.R.E.D) Synergistic High Intensity Resistance Endurance Dynamics Jillian Michaels (of NBC’s Biggest Loser) BODYSHRED is a high intensity and endurance based 30 minute workout utilizing Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs. You will shred fat, define muscles, transform the look of your entire physique, and dramatically enhance your overall health and athletic performance. Class available in 30 minute format. Average calorie burn: 300-400cals/class with continued calorie burn and revved up metabolism for up to 72hours after class is over.



You’ve admired dancers’ bodies, admit it (we all have). Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles – without the impact and injuries dancers endure. Set to upbeat music (to keep you motivated), our 60-minute class starts with a warm up then moves into sequences where participants may use free weights or various exercise such as push-ups and planks. Focus also shifts to bicep, tricep, shoulder, chest and back muscles. The series of ballet barre or floor exercises focus on the thighs (inner and outer), calves and core– which we then stretch. Class format is 60minutes. Average calorie burn: 400-500cals/hour



Similar to yoga but emphasizes your body’s core-the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thighs, butt and so on. Pilates develops much of what exercisers need-strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance and good posture-with a much lower chance of injury than with other forms of exercise. The discipline emphasizes correct form instead of going for the “burn” and with so many different exercises and progressions you’ll never be bored. Class available in 60minute format. Average calorie burn: 200cals/hour



More like a dance party than an aerobics class this workout includes moves inspired by ChaCha, Salsa, Reggaton, Rumba and more and no dance experience is necessary. This class is perfect for all levels and will have you dancing with joy when you get the results you’ve been searching for. 60minute format. Average calorie burn: 800-1000cals/hour!



A workout like no other and a physical pursuit that allows you to tone and train your body to be strong and flexible. Participants also may find themselves embracing yoga as a mindset as well and a way of living to be a happier, healthier and fitter version of themselves. Yoga is perfect for all levels regardless of age, experience or level of flexibility and will grow with you and your level of experience. Class is available in 60minute or 75minute format. Average calorie burn: 600cals/hour

Gentle Yoga


A gentle approach to Yoga designed for all ages, body types and physical abilities. Improve strength, endurance, flexibility and balance while promoting mindfulness and focused awareness. This class is perfect for beginners or yogis looking to fine tune their skills as additional modifications are available and breaks are given in between poses. Class is available in 60minute format. Average calorie burn: 400-600cals/hour



An empowering class that uses a combination of classic moves as well as basic martial arts combinations and style movements to give participants a killer full body workout! Class is available in 30 minute format. Average calorie burn: 400-500calories/class

& Core


This class provides members with a calorie blasting, fat burning cycle class immediately followed by a short core workout. This is a perfect class for anyone who is intimidated by a full cycle class or anyone who likes variety. This class gives you everything you need get the results you want. Option to take just cycle30 or core15. Average calorie burn: 300-400cals/class

and Guts


This class is designed to help participants tighten up and tone those problem areas such as abs, butts and thighs using small but effective movements. Class is available in 30 minute format. Average calorie burn: 150-250cals/class

CrossFit Bootcamp


Offered every Saturday Morning at 8AM. This class is based on CrossFit Programming which is Constantly Varied, Functional Movements performed at High-Intesity. In bootcamp there is no Weight-Lifting programmed, only body-weight (gymnastic type) exercises and Cardio Conditioning performed in groups or with partners. This program makes you want to get up every Saturday as it creates a fun and energetic community as participants work together to complete the workout. This is a paid program. See the Front Desk for registration and fees. Non-Members welcome to join.
