What Makes Us Different?

Barnes Corner Fitness (BCF24) is a 10,000 sq. ft. facility built in 2014 with a complete selection of modern exercise and strength training equipment, as well as an impressive array of cardiovascular machines.  BCF24 is especially proud of its fabulous Personal Training and CrossFit programs, the keys to a successful, sustained and efficient training regimen.

Personal Training

Highly affordable, customized programs geared to a variety of fitness goals are available. You can work out in two to six person groups (organized by gender and condition level) which provide the benefits of individual coaching and supervision by a top trainer with the advantage of shared cost (these sessions are fun, too). Or, you can choose to work out in private, intensive, one-on-one sessions.

CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that utilize highly-varied functional movements, performed at high intensity which has proven to be one of the most effective fitness programs in the history of the industry. We incorporate a diverse range of movements that include gymnastics, weightlifting, cardio and will-power! No two classes are the same and no two workouts are the same!

Our Staff

In addition to its roster of top notch, certified trainers and instructors, BCF24 also boasts a staff of certified group exercise instructors in various health and fitness disciplines who offer some of the best Group Exercise classes in the area. These classes are free with your gym membership and designed to fit everyone’s health and fitness needs. High intensity or Low intensity there’s a class for you. Classes include Yoga, Mat Pilates, Spinning, Barbell, Insanity, Kickboxing, BodyShred, and ZUMBA!

In 2014, Barnes Corner Fitness, the first, full-featured fitness facility in the Rising Sun area opened.  Owned and operated by Mike and Mindy Montgomery, their vision was to provide a clean and functional facility to the community and offer an opportunity for fitness to all ages and fitness levels. Their fitness philosophy is centered on five keys; strength, endurance, flexibility, stability and nutrition. Their goal is to raise the quality of the members’ lives; to help them become more active and vibrant in all aspects of their daily activities and to feel confident and happy with their appearance and health.
